a satisfactory stay overall
convenient location helpful staff air conditioning small room small sink missing soap
the location proved quite convenient, a short walk to places of interest. the staff were helpful. the room had both heat and air conditioning, a feature i appreciated. the bed was made each day.
the room i occupied was quite small. this made it difficult to fully open suitcases. the bathroom sink was also very small. there was no hand soap provided.

friendly staff fantastic location small room missing fridge
i loved the friendly staff, they were so helpful! the location was fantastic, i could easily walk to many places. (i actually walked everywhere!).
the room was quite small, i had hardly any space for my things. there was no fridge in the room, it would have been useful for drinks.

i found the free coffee at the entrance very convenient, a good way to optimize resources for everyone. i appreciated how the hotel made our beds each day. the room had both heat and ac, helpful. the staff was friendly.

decent stay near canal
clean room canal location quick check-in 24 hour reception
I am thankful for my stay. The rooms was simple but clean. The location close to the canal was awesome. The check-in and check-out processes were QUICK, and the reception desk was staffed around the clock. This helped a lot since i had weird transportation needs.
The rooms was somewhat tiny, and maneuvering with luggage required some planning.

The front desk staff was ALWAYS accessible and quite helpful with directions. They assisted me with storing my luggage both before check-in and after check-out because i had a late flight.

The hotel had vending machines in the lobbywith easy access to snacks and drinks. Complimentary coffee was available, which I appreciated especially in the morning before going out.

This building WAS once a jail, which gives the hotel a VERY unique character. The hotel also had a lift.
